Despite a cancellation hiccup, the central location was ideal for exploring the city on foot. the room's cleanliness and modern amenities, such as a coffee machine and complimentary toiletries, added convenience. the helpful staff, especially Chiara, ensured a pleasant stay. the absence of certain luxuries, like ironing facilities or a grocery shopping service, may leave luxury-seeking guests desiring more. On the upside, the free luggage storage and daily room cleaning were appreciated touches.
